Degree in Oenology and Chemical Sciences, Master in Oenology and Viticulture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the production of wines in different Denominations of Origin of Castilla y León and more specifically in Ribera del Duero.
Professional experience in Chile and in some of the most prestigious wineries in our region.
“What stands out the most in the wines I make is the mouthfeel, since I try to make wines that have a very round and polished taste phase. Aromatically, they are highly complex, with highly integrated wood and fruit that usually appears very ripe.”
